Podstawowym motywem uczenia się organizacji nie są jej programy, budżety ani schematy organizacyjne, lecz my sami. Dlatego nawet osiąganie pożądanych wyników nie jest jeszcze oznaką uczenia się. Jeśli wzbogacimy się, wygrywając na loterii, osiągniemy wprawdzie coś nadzwyczajnego, lecz nie zwiększymy swej zdolności dalszego wygrywania (R. Ross, B. Smith, Ch. Roberts, A. Czego można oczekiwać w 2012 w zakresie wzrostu poziomu istotności w problematyce zarządzania strategicznego?

Internet przedmiotów IoT (Internet of Things) rozwijający się dynamicznie obejmuje cały, szeroki zakres przemysłu, w którym dominującą rolę pełni Internet. W tym miejscu pojawiają się następujące obszary potencjalnego rozwoju: inteligentna praca (smart working), inteligentne zarządzanie produktem (smart product management), inteligentne zużycie energii (smart energy), inteligentne budynki (smart building), inteligentna opieka zdrowotna (smart care), inteligentne społeczeństwo (smart society), inteligentny dom (smart home), inteligentny transport (smart mobility), inteligentne zakupy (smart retail), zarządzanie dużymi bazami danych (big data). Komisja Europejska odniosła się do sprawy Internetu przedmiotów, zwracając uwagę na duże możliwości instytucji w zakresie wykorzystania IoT m.in. w organizacji transportu publicznego, wywożenia śmieci, obliczania poziomu zanieczyszczenia, zarządzania ruchem przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa dla użytkowników (M. Badia i Cutchet, 2010) (Komisja Europejska, 23.03.2015).

The Science Web Portal (NPI) regularly implements creative projects aimed at increasing the strategic management knowledge resources. Our work consists of the following three types of activities:
  • Basic research
    Theoretical and experimental work done by the NPI first of all in order to gain or broaden the knowledge of the reasons behind facts and phenomena, with view to the advancement of knowledge. Additionally, we conduct basic research the results of which will be used to create an extensive database that may serve as a basis to solve the currently known or potential problems. The database will be available electronically.
  • Applied research
    Research undertaken to gain new, practically applicable knowledge, involving search either for possible practical application of the results of basic research or for new solutions to achieve predetermined practical goals. The results of applied research are process and method models.
  • Development work and other publications
    Work that makes use of the existing knowledge, supplemented by materials provided by selected authors.
  • Training and education information
    Information concerning seminars, training and courses organised by academic institutions or training companies.
    Mission and objective
    Knowledge management is a concept that means systematic and disciplined measures an organisation may apply in order to create the most value of the knowledge it has. The goal set by the editorial team of the www.zarzadzanie.net.pl (www.npi.org.pl) portal is to disseminate specialist knowledge in the field of strategic management in business and academic circles. The editorial team is made up of PhD students. Founder Bartosz BOĆKO of the www.zarzadzanie.net.pl (www.npi.org.pl) Science Web Portal since 1999, has been involved in strategy development and domestic and international sales in an FMCG company (Toorank Polska S.A.). Before that, he worked in the chemical industry, where he was responsible for product strategy and marketing. He is the author or co-author of several dozen patent applications. He is also the author of more than ten reviewed research papers in the field of strategic management and the reviewer of “The Future of Management”, a book written by G. Hamel’s and B. Breen, published by Harvard Business School Press.

Observing changes in organizations during the last couple of years and having in mind several (more then 100) interviews with global, European, local - Polish decision makers gives us the right to say that companies focus or planning to focus on gaining new, more efficient, smarter and innovative driven partners/alliances. Taking into the consideration growth of organization in the long term horizon we should take both: factors of long term developments alike new models of building progress and new profit zones. Nowadays international companies operate on alliances. Analysis ability and process accomplishment of knowledge management in these relations determine their future. Knowledge management, strategic alliances, foreign direct investments with strategic partners will be in the main focus in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
